  2. Product Misrepresentation: If the digital product is found to be fundamentally different from what was described on the product page (e.g., an e-book on trading is delivered instead of the promised playlist on market analysis).

 

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

 

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or lack of interest.
  • Failure to read the product description or requirements before purchase.
  • Lack of technical knowledge or incompatible software on the customer’s end (you are responsible for ensuring your device can access standard file types like PDF or common video player formats).
